Mantra Meditation
The course teaches classical meditation using a universal Sanskrit mantra.

How the Course Works
You have two options for completing the course.
10 short video lessons
Each lesson, lasting 10-15 minutes, provides a small portion of theory and practice. Starting from the first lesson, you will begin meditating with a mantra, and subsequent lessons will help better prepare your body and mind for meditation.

You will receive video lessons every three days.
Additional materials
In each lesson, you will be offered additional articles and videos on the topic, as well as self-assessment through tests.
